Synopsis

Noah Tucker and Tony Joseph - two chefs with extensive experience in Michelin star kitchens - cook not only with the highest quality products but also with the herbs of the gods; natural mind-altering drugs. By means of micro-dosing they know how to give a unique twist to their dinners, preparING dishes at a molecular level.

 

EPISODE SUMMARY

 

EPISODE ONE

Noah and Tony are on a quest for some new stimuli for 'High Cuisine'. They visit the 'Maris Piper' restaurant located in Amsterdam, owned by renowned chefs Freek van Noortwijk (Masterchef judge) and Guillaume de Beer to get some inspiration.

Full of new ideas, they head to the Noordermarkt (a local market in Amsterdam City centre) to source their favourite fresh ingredients and later make a quick stop at a local mushroom grower and the biggest smartshop in Europe.

 

EPISODE TWO

Noah and Tony travel to Limburg to visit chef Andy Brauers celebrated restaurant at the majestic 'Kasteel TerWorm' (Castle TerWorm). 

Overflowing with inspiration, they're ready for the adventures that await them -  hunting for venison, a visit to local delicacy stores, and meeting a woman with some extraordinary 'herbs'.

 

EPISODE THREE

In this episode Noah and Tony travel to Rotterdam to meet chef Floris Versluijs who owns the acclaimed restaurant, 'In de keuken van Floris'.

After visiting the 'Markthallen', a famous indoor market, the chefs are excited about choosing fresh fish right from the docks. They get a boost from visiting an illegal lab that makes a unique 99% pure THC distillate. And at their last stop, they find the cherry on top at a magical truffle farm.

 

EPISODE FOUR

In this finale episode, Noah and Tony visit the Michelin star restaurant 'Katseveer', in Wilhelminadorp, owned by Rutger van der Weel.

After sampling some mouthwatering dishes at 'Katseveer', the chefs are excited to create something new for their next dinner. Searching for their desired ingredients, they end up sailing on the Atlantic with oyster fishermen, try some local seaweed and to top it off, go to a massive indoor cannabis factory.
